Policies

Shipping:
Shipping charges will calculate accordingly at checkout, including a 10% handling charge.  Most products are shipped via UPS whenever possible, unless otherwise specified. 


Returns:
All parts may be returned, provided no damages or alterations have been made, for a full refund, less all shipping and handling charges.   Return freight will be the customer's responsibility.  Please call for a "return goods authorization" number prior to shipping.

Damages:
Every effort is made to ensure your order is packaged so that it is received without damage. If your order is damaged in shipping, you should contact the shipping company first.  All claims for damage must be made through the shipping company.


Payment:

US funds only.  Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Orders accepted.   Personal checks require a 7-day delay in shipment.

Liability:
Neither Manufacturer nor seller shall be liable, in any way, for damage, loss, injury, or other claims resulting from the use, or misuse, or inability to use any of our products.  Buyer or user assumes all liability  connected with the application of our products.  The foregoing statement is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied.
